Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://kognitokube.com and of the services and products provided by KOGNITO KUBE PRIVATE LIMITED ("KognitoKube", "we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide IT and software services, including custom software, web and mobile application development, AI solutions, cloud services, managed IT services, cyber security and digital marketing, as well as software-as-a-service (SaaS) products such as School ERP and a white-label tax filing platform.

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work or order form ("Agreement"). If an Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement prevails.

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the applicable rate.
• Project work is billed by milestones as agreed in the Agreement. Managed services, retainers and SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Payments can be made online through our payment gateway partner (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or by bank transfer against our invoice.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend services or subscriptions if payments remain overdue.

SaaS subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by writing to us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access, content and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the services. Delays in these may affect agreed timelines.

You must not use our services or products for any unlawful purpose.

On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you passes to you as set out in the Agreement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and our SaaS products, which are licensed to you for the subscription term.

Each party will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

We perform services with reasonable skill and care in line with industry practice. Except as expressly stated in the Agreement, services and products are provided without other warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the Agreement. On termination, you will pay for work completed and services delivered up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its effective date.
