Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advance or milestone payments are refundable in full if you cancel before work on that milestone has started.
• If you cancel after work on a milestone has started, we refund the amount paid minus the value of work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated on the effort spent as per the Agreement.
• Payments for milestones that have been delivered and accepted are non-refundable.

Monthly managed IT, cloud hosting and digital marketing retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for a month in which services were provided are non-refundable. Any advance paid for months after the notice period ends is refunded in full.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
• New annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Apart from the above, subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable.

If you are charged twice for the same invoice, or your account is debited for a failed transaction, the extra amount is refunded in full.

Email contact@kognitokube.com from your registered email address with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or bank account). Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.
